Enterprise Account Executive – 80+ base + variable. OTE – €150k | Permanent | Paris | Uncapped commission

About you

You are tired of being handed a territory that someone else already worked. Tired of inheriting a pipeline, of “nurturing” accounts that were signed before you arrived, of being measured on renewals you had nothing to do with.

You have sold six-figure deals into large organisations. You have opened accounts nobody has opened. You know the difference between a discovery, a qualification conversation and a demo, and you know what to do when and what closes.

You know how to sell enterprise solutions. You have done it, you have the receipts to prove it – yes, we will ask candidates to show these to us…-. And you want to do it again.

And somewhere in the back of your mind, you wonder what you could do with a market where nobody has got there first.

This is that market we have on offer for this role. Read on – but read the whole thing.

“Studies show that women and people from underrepresented groups often only apply to a job if they meet 100% of the qualifications, whereas men apply when they meet around 60%. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway – you might be exactly who we’re looking for.”

One word of caution

This role is not for everyone, and we would rather lose you now than at month three.

  • You will spend your first two months on the phone. Full time. No inbound. No BDR team. No warm list. If you need a meeting handed to you to have a good day, stop here.
  • This is a sell and move on role. Prospecting will always be part of your mission. Not a job where you sign a handful of clients and then nurture them.
  • There isn’t a road tested playbook yet. There’s one. You will be given raw material and expected to build something better out of it.
  • You will be the second commercial person in the French business. No team, no peers, no one down the corridor who has already solved your problem.
  • Your buyers (more often than not) have no budget line for us. The person who feels the pain does not sign. The person who signs does not feel the pain. You will have to build the case yourself, inside organisations where the people you need do not have a job title you can search for.

Still here? Good. That was the filter.

Why this is worth it

  • You will be the first Account Executive of a subsidiary created in 2026, in the group’s second-largest European market by potential.
  • Your playing field is the CAC 40 and the SBF 120. Average deal size EUR 40,000 a year, with deals running from EUR 10,000 to EUR 300,000. Three-year contracts.
  • You are not selling into a vacuum. A ten-year-plus SAP partnership, 800+ shared clients worldwide, and use cases you can put in front of a prospect on day one.
  • No structured competition in France. Two global players operate here opportunistically. Nobody owns this market yet.
  • A profitable, PE-backed group – not a startup burning someone else’s money. No runway conversation, no funding cliff.
  • Uncapped variable, with a first-year mechanism that pays you for building pipeline, not just for closing it.

What success looks like

We are not going to be vague about this.

  • Month 3: product mastery behind you, prospecting rhythm established, €1M weighted pipeline, about 25 opportunities at €40K.
  • Month 6: €2M weighted pipeline.
  • Month 12: €600,000 of new ARR closed, from a standing start – a mix of three or four large deals and a number of smaller ones.

What you need to bring

  • Full-cycle B2B enterprise selling, with outbound prospecting you owned yourself. Not prospecting somebody did for you.
  • Comfort asking up to 300K. Not flinching at the number is part of the job.
  • Consultative selling: questions, context, challenge. If your instinct in a first meeting is to open a deck, we are not a fit.
  • You probably have a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in a role and been formally trained in value selling.
  • The ability to work a large organisation – finding the person who owns the problem when their job title does not say so, getting introduced sideways, going deep.
  • Fluent professional English. Non-negotiable. Whilst most of the role is in French, you will run calls in English, sit in a Global Sales Meeting in English, and work with European stakeholders. This one is a hard gate.
  • Salesforce, and high-volume prospecting tooling.

Software or SaaS experience is preferred. HR or HRIS knowledge is genuinely not required – we will teach you the product.

If you built a company and it did not work out AND you have a sales background – we want to hear from you. That profile is not a problem here. It is close to the specification.

The process

Fast. Demanding. Four steps before an offer, no more.

  • An online sales assessment – so that both sides know early whether what you want and what we need line up.
  • A 10-minute phone call – we check we are speaking the same language.
  • A structured sales interview with our partner Curiosity.
  • A final interview with the Manager Director, France followed by a CEO meeting.
  • Offer.
